Dispute resolution and mediation (Candidates)

Where there is a dispute between a candidate/contractor and an APSCo member, APSCo is there to help achieve a positive resolution. If you have a complaint about an APSCo member you can contact us in confidence.

We will discuss the situation in detail with you and then invite a response from our member. At all times we will act with complete impartiality and you can be assured that our best efforts will be used to reach a mutually acceptable position.

Our members operate to a strict Code of Conduct and there are significant penalties for members found to act in breach of this Code.
