After graduating, Sean undertook search projects in the UK, building a European contract business from start-up, and then becoming a partner in a recruitment training organisation. Sean co-founded Aston Carter in 1997 with the vision to proactively build a global brand based on integrity and loyalty to key stakeholders. Having built a strong, sales-focused team, by 2007 Aston Carter had grown to a turnover in excess of £75m. Sean then led an MBO to Baird Capital Partners Europe, and remains in his capacity as CEO where revenues will exceed £180m for year ending March 2011. He sat on the ATSCo Exec from 2003-6 as an initial representative of the £20m revenue bracket and feels now is the time to bring his experience of scaling the business, achieving significant growth, International expansion (via 5 European and 2 Asian organically grown offices) and working within a Private Equity environment to the table. |
