Victoria is an experienced recruitment and sales professional. She has worked in Sales for 20 years, 17 of which have been in the Recruitment industry. Victoria started out in Recruitment in 1995 as a Trainee Consultant with Computer Futures, progressing through Management and Leadership roles to become the Director of Permanent Recruitment for the UK brand, overseeing a budget of circa £10M and managing 110 staff through a team of 12 managers. Victoria has also focused on developing or re-engineering key people and talent processes such as succession planning, promotions, on-boarding and retention, pro-actively working with HR colleagues to achieve this. Victoria remains passionate about encouraging staff to achieve their potential and is committed to driving professional standards and behaviours. This can also be reflected in the work she has supported regarding Diversity, as she is keen to develop effective role models in the business. Victoria has recently taken on the wider remit of Operations Director for the SThree businesses in the UK and Ireland. This is a unique leadership role driving key strategic business initiatives such as retention, compliance, employee engagement and organisational communications in order to drive and add value to our sales business. She is married with 3 children and resides in Kent. |
