I began my recruitment career in 1986 and founded Phee Farrer Jones (now known as pfj) in 1992. The business has recently re-branded as Aspire Global Network which consists of four brands, pfj, The Graduate Recruitment Company, RPCushing and Sydney based ICUR. We specialise in the media, marketing & communications sector employing around 80 people.
