The UK has one of the most flexible labour markets in the World – this gives us a significant competitive edge.
However such an important area is bound to be affected by planned legislation at national and European level and this is where APSCo goes in to bat for its members.
We consult widely within the membership to agree our message and then deliver this tirelessly to the people that matter – Government ministers, EU representatives, industry leaders, opinion formers, journalists and so on. The intelligence of our approach and the significance of our membership ensures that increasingly we are seen as a powerful, meaningful and constructive voice whenever matters around employment law are discussed.
APSCo’s views are now pro-actively sought by those framing new policy and we are pleased to offer helpful guidance, constructive criticism and, where necessary, to voice our members’ opposition.
