Sponsorship opportunities

The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) is a dynamic, proactive trade association for organisations engaged in the acquisition of permanent or flexible business professionals. APSCo is proud to represent and promote such a vibrant and innovative sector.

For both corporate and affiliate members, APSCo provides a wealth of clear cut business benefits and for 2010 we are delighted to offer a wide range of sponsorship opportunities. Whilst each APSCo event is individual, from regular monthly meetings to the spectacular charity ball and awards presentation, each event offers high quality marketing and networking opportunities which can be tailored to suit individual sponsors.

APSCo will be responsible for organising all events in terms of location, logistics, promotion and catering etc, but in addition they will liaise closely with sponsors to make sure events are tailored to their requirements.

APSCo has a track record for organising recruitment industry events that are relevant, well organised, well attended, and which offer unrivalled branding and sponsorship opportunities.

As many of you will know we operate a bidding system for some of our sponsorship events. We provide a guide for each event as to the minimum bid we would require but the highest bidder will always win. In the event of several bids of the same value being received those involved will be invited to increase their bids. Events taking place in the first six months of the year will be billed for immediately. For all events taking place from June 2010 onwards a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable. Invoices for remaining amounts will be issued in June.

We ask everyone bidding for more than one event to indicate their order of preference. Whilst we are happy for members to sponsor multiple events, we try to give opportunities to as many of you as possible.

Note: Other events, such as Members Meetings / Forum Meetings / Executive Dinners are not included within the bidding system as sponsors will cover the actual cost of the event.
