Who is eligible to join APSCo?
APSCo welcomes corporate members from the professional staffing sector incorporating IT; Telecommunications; Engineering; Executive asistants/multilingual; Accountancy; Finance/banking; Graduates; HR; Insurance; Interim; Legal; Media/Marketing/Communication; Pharmaceutical/Scientific; Property; Purchasing/Supply Chain and Sales.
We also provide an opportunity for those companies that market services to the industry to offer support through Affiliate Membership.
What is your fee structure and how much will I pay?
Fees run annually from the first of January, and should a company join during the year charges are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Full APSCo Membership 2009
APSCo welcomes corporate members from those organisations engaged in the acquisition of business professionals on behalf of clients, either on a permanent or flexible basis.
Membership is available in two different categories, Full and Group. We also provide an opportunity for those companies that market services to the industry to offer support through Affiliate Membership. Fees run annually from the first of January, and should a company join during the year charges are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
FULL MEMBERSHIP
The APSCo fee structure is based on the annual turnover of the member company. Where a company has business interests outside the relevant staffing arena, only the relevant turnover is taken into consideration.
Annual turnover over £150 MILLION - £9,250.00 plus £1,000 initial joining fee
Annual turnover £100 - £150 MILLION - £7,515.00 plus £1,000 initial joining fee
Annual turnover £50 - £100 MILLION - £6,050.00 plus £1,000 initial joining fee
Annual turnover £20 - £50 MILLION - £5,100.00 plus £1,000 initial joining fee
Annual turnover £10 – £20 MILLION - £4,170.00 plus £1,000 initial joining fee
Annual turnover £5 - £10 MILLION - £2,750.00 plus £ 1,000 initial joining fee
Annual Turnover below £5 MILLION - £1,255.00 with no initial joining fee

GROUP MEMBERSHIP
If you have more than one trading company within your group and would like the brands to be represented separately, group membership is available. The annual turnover of the largest company will dictate the full membership fee as above. Additional companies are charged as group members. Please note that group members enjoy the full range of APSCo benefits with the exception of voting rights.
£995.00 per annum for each group member with no additional joining fee

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP
The Affiliate Membership fee is standard and is irrelevant of annual turnover.
£4,965.00 per annum plus £1,000 initial joining fee

Why should I become a member of APSCo?
APSCo membership gives organisations engaged in the acquisition of business professionals on behalf of clients, either on a permanent or flexible basis and their affliates a key commercial advantage in this highly competitive sector. What happens at the member meetings?
Meetings are monthly and take place in London or Manchester and mostly consist of presentations on topical matters (such as economic situation/industry reports etc), or a panel discussion on a subject matter which is of interest to all members, e.g. Outsourcing, Achieving Big Wins Procurement. Legislation updates.
Do I have to attend all the meetings?
Of course not, but the more involved you are the more benefits you will derive from your membership. If you are not able to attend meetings you can access the presentation.
How can you help me promote my business?
Being a member allows you to display and use the APSCo logo which shows that you are an accredited member of APSCo. This in turn means that you have had your professional references checked and you adhere to our Code of Conduct.
You will find that more and more employers looking for a recruitment organisation to add value to their business will look for APSCo membership as a strong indication of professionalism and quality.

How can I get involved with political lobbying?
We are always delighted to have members who are keen to help us in our lobbying work. We need to have as much information and input as we can from our members so that in turn we can provide a unified powerful voice on their behalf. We have a very successful track record in working with and influencing the government on a range of issues that affect of our members and our market place.
Can I join if my business is not UK based?
APSCo represents the profesional staffing sector across Europe so we are happy to have members based in Europe.
