Ann Swain
Ann is founder and Global CEO of APSCo, an international trade body representing the professional recruitment sector with operations in the UK, Germany, Australia and across South East Asia.
She has over thirty years’ recruitment experience including time as UK Sales Director of multinational staffing firms and Managing Director of recruitment training company Learning Curve before establishing APSCo in 1999.
In 2009, she was honoured to receive a fellowship from the NSPCC and in 2018, received the prestigious Leadership Award from the Trade Association Forum. Ann currently features in the SIA ‘Global Power 50’ list of the most influential women in international recruitment. She is also one of the select recruitment sector leaders to have made the Staffing Industry Analysts Hall of Fame, which celebrates individuals in the recruitment field whose accomplishments, dedication and drive are making a difference to work today, and to what work will look like in the future.
Ann is an acknowledged thought leader and her articles feature regularly in the national and recruitment media. An award-winning business leader and inspirational keynote speaker, she is also the co-author of the best-selling ‘Professional Recruiter’s Handbook’.

Stuart Feest
Stuart works with APSCo’s largest members and their executive teams to help them leverage the maximum benefit from the broad spectrum of APSCo services.
Stuart brings 22 years' of UK and international recruitment experience within the technology and engineering sectors. Prior to his appointment as Enterprise Director in 2019 Stuart was twice elected onto APSCo’s Representative Committee. The majority of Stuart’s career was spent with Gattaca Plc where he was a Managing Director. More recently Stuart was a main board director with an international quality management services organisation within Automotive and Aerospace

Tania Bowers
Tania is the Global Public Policy Director. She is a solicitor who has worked exclusively in the professional staffing sector since 1999, joining APSCo in 2016.
As Global Public Policy Director Tania represents our members’ interests in meetings and communications with Government departments, ministers, MPs and other interested stakeholders. She is responsible for APSCo’s public affairs activity on a global basis representing APSCo members’ views to governments and contributing to the debate on the future of the global professional labour market.
Bazgha Sultana
Baz is an advocate for innovation and has over 8 years’ experience in project management, event management, building long-lasting strategic partnership and customer services roles. She has also achieved several awards such as “The British Citizen Award”, “Honorary Award” and “Excellence in Customer Engagement Award” for delivering commendable customer services and high-quality Virtual and face-to-face events.
At APSCo, Baz will be supporting the development, delivery of, and member engagement with, global and international services and events. In her previous role as Engagement and Events Manager, she has supported the development of a five-year customer strategy and grew company’s annual events programme substantially; incorporating international entertainment, reaching record numbers of engagement, and collaborating with key organisations to maximise value for money and reach.
Miles Hunt
Miles Hunt is a leading international recruitment entrepreneur and expert. He has taken companies from start up to IPO in more than 25 countries over a career spanning 30 years.
Miles is an active investor of the industry and is Chairman of four companies in Australia and the UK, as well as an advisor to a number of international staffing and HR related organisations.
Miles founded Benula Capital in 2013 to provide development funding to ambitious management teams operating in the Human Capital Services sector.
Miles is the current Chairman of APSCo Global. Miles welcomes connections and discussions about the promotion of best practice within the recruitment industry as well as contact from owners and management teams of recruitment companies considering how best to realise shareholder value.
